Rosebud brings a cross-functional approach to complex initiatives, translating between technical teams, institutional leaders, and community stakeholders to ensure projects are both operationally sound and impactful. He is particularly interested in applying his skill set to strengthen education-to-employment pathways and support scalable, learner-centered workforce solutions.
