Daniel Rosebud is C21U's project support specialist, senior, supporting the design and execution of initiatives advancing innovation in higher education and workforce development. His work sits at the intersection of technical project delivery, organizational change, and community-centered policy solutions.

Rosebud brings a cross-functional approach to complex initiatives, translating between technical teams, institutional leaders, and community stakeholders to ensure projects are both operationally sound and impactful. He is particularly interested in applying his skill set to strengthen education-to-employment pathways and support scalable, learner-centered workforce solutions.
